Went for lunch. Limited parking. Decor is a little bit tired but cosy and clean.
Not sure what to expect but the fact that the car park was full lets you know
We had an absolutely fantastic lunch.
Smoked, thickly sliced ham, 2 eggs and lovely chips. My partner had chicken and leek pie..superb pastry and full to the brim with large chunks of chicken.
Chatted to the owners who were so friendly and funny. A no frills pub just good down to earth grub.
We will be back even though we have to drive from Hereford.
Thanks for a lovely welcome.

A great stop for a drink and break. Good food served by good people. Yes a little dated but who cares. The staff were friendly and helpful and I'd rather support a local business and be treated right. Also huge plus, dog friendly.

Lovely little find whilst we were on holiday. After a chilly walk on happisburgh Beach with the dogs it was the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat. This place allows dogs inside and out, the staff welcomed them and provided them with treats and water. The dogs were very relaxed and cozy as it was the perfect atmosphere. Staff were very accommodating and checked on us loads, the food was absolutely delicious. The decor is a little dated but there are signs up saying they are redecorating. I enjoyed some of the old style decoration as this is definitely a pub with lots of history. This place is definitely an ideal spot for dog walkers as it is completely dog friendly and not just dog tolerant! We only wish this was a local place to us!

We have been coming to the Hill House for many years and it was really great to see the garden looking lovely this year. The viewing platform is a great addition! The staff were accommodating for three young toddlers with high chairs. We were a bit disappointed they couldn’t rustle up three portions of chips and as there was a large table booked for lunch.

Great local pub. If you want a good local pub, good ale and decent food you will not go wrong. Six of us went and all enjoyed our meals, added bonus of being dog friendly. Not too busy and friendly/helpful staff.

Popped in on the off chance, pleasantly surprised.
Little old and dated, but currently being done up.
But more importantly the food was delicious.
Good service.
Great selection of drinks available.
Also very dog friendly.
Wonderful atmosphere.
Shame it's not our local as we are just on holiday.

The food was excellent and very filling. The service and staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We took our dog and they made a big fuss over him which he loved. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely traditional pub. Very nice food, good beer selection, convivial staff and dog-freindly. Village is disappearing due to coastal erosion. It'll be a few years yet but get your visit in!

The pub is old and shows its age.... but the food was really good.
Generous portions, very tasty, shame we didn't have room for a pudding

Went on holiday near here and popped in for a pint. Great little local and very warm welcome with lovely locals. Very dog friendly. Good pint and some honest grub. Can't ask for much more than that!
