Excellent meal - cooked perfectly. Very high on quality and perfectly adequate on quantity, with 3 courses I was definitely very full at the end. Shame it's closing but no doubt their new venture at The Bistro, Hebog, Beddgelert will be equally worth visiting.

I completely understand why Castle Bistro has been fully booked. Managed to grab an early table on the of chance tonight. Absolutely amazing. Very enjoyable and tasty food .... Best steak I have had for a long while, cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic. Thank you very much.

Welcoming and attentive staff at the small but stylish Bistro, handy for the carpark ( free in the evening) and small but well chosen menu. Lovely food. Bistro was full so a little noisy . This was our second visit and we will certainly return. Book early in holiday time!

Excellent little restaurant in the middle of Harlech. Like many others we holidayed in Wales this year and North Wales at that. I had pre booked after reading the reviews for our final indulgence of the holiday. We can say this has been the best meal of the holiday despite staying in an expensive hotel in mid Wales earlier in the week. The lamb rump and accompanied vegetables was to die for the the desserts equally mouth watering. Thank you for a lovely evening with attentive but not intrusive staff we will return.

There was a booking error which meant our table was booked for 9pm (when the restaurant was supposed to be closing) however the staff couldn't have been nicer and insisted that the booking was honoured. The waiter made us feel incredibly welcome. Both the steak and the duck were cooked perfectly and it was incredibly delicious! I would highly recommend the Castle Bistro!

Attentive, helpful and friendly service.
Range of dishes available. Food arrived quickly and impressive presentation. Portions were generous without being excessive.
I was able to order two starters instead of one main, and get them the same time that others' mains arrived.
Finishing touches including slate placemats and cold table water in a glass bottle made this restaurant deserve 5 stars.

Delicious! We had the stuffed chicken and lamb burger followed by apple pie and chocolate brownie. Beautifully presented food and very very yummy! The staff are just lovely and so attentive. You'll probably have to advance book as it's a popular place for obvious reasons.

Delicious food! Staff amazing. They looked after my dad this evening, for his 75th birthday. Particularly loved the chicken wrapped in bacon with Boulanger potatoes.
