The food was lovely, music was surprisingly good and service was excellent, from Chloe R especially, but everyone else in general was great, checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed!
Overall this is a nice Pizza Hut restaurant. We stopped here for lunch on our way to the airport.

Negatives: under staffed on the floor as one young lad was running around cleaning tables as well as serving customers
Parking: lots of space with 5 hours free parking
Service: service is very good. The manager runs about. It looks like she is doing a great job.

The food is great for the price, easy accessible for the children to help themselves and also very fun. Everything was always being topped up and cooked fresh. Everything was very clean and kept tidy!

Haven't been in years, no queues, friendly waitress. Good selection of salad, and fresh. Nice pizza, I had the g.o.a.t, on thin crust very delicious. Had a beer, not asked if I wanted another drink, or dessert. Not busy, but not pressed to stay longer. Good decor, lots of free parking.
This is my favourite pizza hut. The waitresses and managers are fantastic here. I come here with my autistic teenage son and they go above and beyond to make sure our meal is so enjoyable. Really can't thank them enough. Makes dining out with a special needs child less stressful. Thank you all again
It was a very comfortable atmosphere and great staff especially our server Emily. She was very nice and extremely helpful with our 2 little ones. Because of her (and our love of the pizza) we'd definitely come to longwater restaurant again
