Can never go wrong with this store - super friendly staff, welcoming & inviting! Never fail to satisfy my needs with their drinks and food they provide! 5 STARS across the board in my opinion!
Would give 0 stars if I could, the assistant manager SAM. Was unbelievably rude to a lovely female member of staff. It was shocking all over a 5p coin I gave her a £20 note and he was getting so ardent to her about the way she gave me the change. I didn’t care. He was getting all close up to her. Was horrible to see.
Served by Sam who not only makes an excellent drink but who gives excellent service, he should be commended and praised for his hard work !! ⭐️thank you for spreading kindness and being great !

Appalling bad staff who were ushering my disabled sister out of the front area even before the shop was due to close, staff need retraining in customer services. Toilets absolutely filthy. Will not go back.
Popped in for a hot chocolate staff extremly friendly and prices not bad
