Very busy place. Quite tight for a long queue. About 4 members of the staff serving/trying.
Queue moved very slow and few customers gave up.

Service is good overall, but like a lot of branches now it's starting to look and feel a bit out dated. Chairs and tables are a little grubby.

I had an excellent lunch at this establishment today. I particularly enjoyed the service provided by Adam as he was polite, courteous and answered all my queries to the best of his abilities.

Ok but the place was very messy with lots of tables that hadn't been cleared. Also we swapped tables twice as they wobbled a lot.

Costa's are always nice places for coffee and lunch. The staff are usually very friendly and obliging and the service areas clean. However, some of their fabric chairs don't look too good. They often have stains and don't look very inviting. They should change them for leather/plastic hich can be cleaned easily. The toilets are often a bit smelly too. Not cleaned as well as they could be. But overall, I will continue to get my flat whites there.
