Another superb Sunday Roast.
The food is very good and good vfm.
We met for a friend's birthday and the kind waitress picked up on this and brought out a lovely brownie with a candle, super thoughtful, a good touch to a lovely dinner, thank you. Been a few times and is defo my go to restaurant.

Nicely done out pub/dining.
We had the mixed platter, and our friends had the Sunday roast - one beef, the other pork belly. We were all completely satisfied with our choices. And NOT at a silly price either.

Visited following a quick Google of places to eat and glad we did. The service was friendly and helpful, recommending the amount of dishes to order for sharing. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. Particular recommendations would be the pork belly and the chicken wings on the small plates. The decor is modern and classy and we didn't see any dirt or mess. Prices were reasonable and I really can't say anything to fault it. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great meal

First time dining here. It was a celebration with a booking for 13 people from 5-65. Service was 5*, menu choice was fabulous, food was delicious. The bar is well stocked with local wines, beers and spirits. The team are super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I cannot recommend Percival’s Rest highly enough. It’s a must visit place, close to the motorway yet in a village.

This had popped up on my adverts quite a few times. Was really good to get the chance to go there randomly. Lovely location. Good atmosphere. Great service. The food looked lovely. Will definitely repeat experience.

We were a party of 7 to celebrate a 96th birthday and were seated in a side area so it was more private, there were only 2 other people in the restaurant which is why 1 star deducted for atmosphere but I suppose it was a Wednesday lunch time. The service was excellent and very friendly, a special chocolate birthday plate was made as part of the dessert which was a lovely touch. The food was well presented but 1 star deducted as it would have been better if the gravy that went with the excellent steak and stilton pie was served separately in a jug as one person forgot to say no gravy on his meal as he never has it and the other 2 would have preferred to pour their own where they wanted it. But we all had a really good time. It is our go to restaurant for family occasions

Lovely atmosphere. Lots of drink options. My only negative is that it is a bit overpriced - only one choice in prosecco which cost £25 for a bottle.

Best Pub food ever. All the dishes were so freshly prepared and delicious. Great variety of drinks too. Would definitely recommend. Our server Rose’s was amazing as well.

We came here for dinner and have a really fantastic time.
Great selection of beers and cocktails, the menu has a sensible number of options as to cater for all and the food itself is incredible.
The refurbishment of this place has been done to an amazing modern standard and is the perfect venue for dining, pub evenings and for ladies who lunch.
We very much look forward to coming back again soon!
