The Orchid Restaurant

I recently dined at The Orchid Hotel in Harrogate and my experience far exceeded my expectations. The warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in immediately set the tone for an enjoyable evening. Now, onto the food - wow! The dishes at The Orchid Hotel are absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend the Salt & Chilli Squid enough, as it had the perfect combination of crispy texture and delightful flavours. The Pork Tonkatsu, which I was told was a family recipe, was also a standout with its tender pork and flavourful sauce, creating a truly memorable dish. The Crispy Lemon Chicken stole the show for me. It was hands down the best I've ever tasted. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a crispy coating and a refreshing zing of lemon. Aside from the incredible food, I was impressed by the passion and dedication of the new owner. Their enthusiasm for pan-Asian cuisine shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. The service at The Orchid Hotel was equally noteworthy. The staff were attentive, speedy, and genuinely caring. It was evident that they all share a passion for their work, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. We came here last night for a birthday celebration in the private room. It was amazing! The room was lovely, the food was the best Asian food I have ever had and the service was incredible. We got both of the set menus between 9 of us and we were so full we couldn't finish it! Thank you to our amazing waiter (we didn't get your name but you made the night perfect for us!!)
