So many books good to be able to browse without feeling you should have to buy.went with my granddaughter who absolutely loves the feel and smell of books. Think we looked at nearly every book in the shop! Assistants were friendly and helpful when she asked questions.will go again when in Harrogate.

Great shop on several floors with a fantastic little coffee shop. Organic and Fair Trade! Very tasty tea and Caramel Shortbread. Will visit again.

Whilst searching for a book to read on holiday - one of the guys in Waterstones was so helpful he provided me with a stack of options giving me a lovely brief overview of each one! He was so enthusiastic and friendly I will definitely be back. It has lead me to discover the best book I’ve ever read would very much recommend!

Popped in for a browse of the books and a coffee. Calm atmosphere, friendly staff. No background music blaring out so you can actually hear the person talking next to you! A great cafe to sit, read a book and relax. I will be back.

Good book shop to browse in, with 3 floors. Has café, loo and lift. Extremely helpful staff who went the extra mile. Very good service.

This store is laid out to different stores that I've been into. It's split over 3 floors but is still well laid out. There is a lift on demand for access for access. There qas a cafe on the 1st floor but wasn't open on the time of visit.
