When we arrived it was quite quiet which we like, so we where seated quickly. Drinks took a little while to arrive but we could see that's because dozens of cocktails where being made at the time.
Food was really nice, for starter, main and dessert. Service was always quick and friendly. Food was full of fresh flavor and the staff coped well considering when we left half the restaurant was taken and there was still only 2 staff serving.

Really good service, much better than the Trafford centre which is our most local. The main girl who served us seemed to actually be genuinely happy to be there and to help serve us, couldn't fault her at all. The only reason I give 4 stars is one of the meals wasn't to brill and the start seemed rushed out, wasn't fully hot and cheese not melted properly yet (nachos) and the children's portions are small.

A great place for cocktail deals but they are a little bit weak. The food is high quality and tasty. The dishes seem to be a general South American/Cuban fusion, so as long as you are not expecting classic Tex-Mex or Cuban dishes, you will not be disappointed!

Everything was absolutely gorgeous! Good music, good food, good aesthetic. Only thing I can think of to improve is that there wasn't enough toppings on the nachos. More guacamole and salsa would have made it perfect! I will definitely come again!
