Great cheese at The Cheeseboard shop all year round, we also did the beer and cheese night 30th June 2022 with Roosters it was awesome, loads of great cheese and beer, well worth the money!

A good little cheese shop with a wide selection of cheeses, specialising in British cheese, including some local ones. The staff who served us was very knowledgable and provided us with an insight into local cheese.

Cheesy heaven, just the smell of this place should require an entrance fee. Knowledgable staff who spend the time to help you choose from the generous selection of cheeses. They also stock pickles, relishes, crackers, cheese boards and other related foodstuffs.

The Cheeseboard provided a tied cheese cake for our wedding in September. They were easy to liaise with throughout. Knowledgable on both taste and appearance. We had many compliments on how tasty the cheese was. Would definitely recommend.

Superb little cheese shop, with a fantastic range of local, regional and European cheeses. Staff incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly providing great advice. Great range of high quality biscuits and chutneys etc, and lovely gift baskets. We’ve also had cheeses specially vacuum packed (in the shop) to take as a gift to my Yorkshire family living overseas.

They are clients of mine but I think it says enough about them that everytime I go I buy a haul of cheese. Gemma is so knowledgeable about all the cheeses that I can only highly recommend that any cheese fanatic goes and gives them a try!

My favourite shop in Harrogate. Awesome selection of cheeses and service to die for. The owner cares and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you want. They help with recommendations and are just totally brilliant. I had my wedding cake done by these guys and am always popping in to make sure my fridge is stocked with cheeses. Highly recommended if you like cheese.

Although this is a very small shop, it has an amazing range of cheeses, not only locally sourced but from further afield as well. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about each cheese and were more than happy to allow any cheese to be tasted.
If you enjoy good cheeses beyond the limited fayre found in supermarkets then this is the place to visit.
