AMAZING just had the best steak ever!! Was cooked exactly the way i like it. It was melt in the mouth. No chewy bits!! My bf had burnt ends burger it was full of flavour. The staff were great the waitress and bar staff were efficient and really friendly. Would recommend to everyone and come back again. Larger is lovely too. Thank you old spring well. ���
Celebrated my birthday with a family lunch yesterday. We all chose differently and everyone said their meal was fabulous. Great choice of food, attentive staff and great location. The children were able to play outside when they got bored. Definitely recommend and will be back
Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. The fillet steaks were done exactly as requested and pork chops and bacon and cheese burger were delicious. I will be back there on our next trip to Killinghall.
Found this place on the way back from Harrogate. 5 stars all the way. Food, service, staff. All 5 star. Best fish a chips ever and the Pizza was 1st class. Give it a try you will not be disappointed and it’s not badly priced nice, clean and modern. Lovely.

We came in at 7:30pm, the restaurant was very busy however the atmosphere was great and the waiters definitely did not disappoint. Our drinks order was taken and brought to us very quickly. The waiters provided us with immaculate service!! Angelo took care of us and I think he was one of the kindest waiters we have ever encountered. He answered all of our questions, and his attitude and humour definitely brought a smile to our faces. We are very indecisive, however the waiters gave us plenty of recommendations on what is popular and our food didn’t disappoint!! Although we came initially to try the steak, we were told they didn’t have the ribeye or the fillet, which we completely understood as it was a busy day and the steaks are fresh, so we settled on the pizza. The pizza was exceptional and a huge portion which we couldn’t finish, 100% was worth the money. The cocktails were also gorgeous too, especially the Strawberry Cosmopolitan. We finished off our meal with the brownie, which was homemade and completely breathtaking, the portion was also huge and filling. We left completely stuffed with huge smiles on our faces. We will most definitely be returning!!
We come for Sunday roast every Sunday. I must say with the new change in management our Sunday roast this week was amazing. The bar has been raised and it's the best we have had in around a year. All the family enjoyed their experience and felt so much more family-friendly than ever. The staff was very polite and very personable. 10/10 for the staff and food. see you again on Sunday.
booked for my partners birthday as I've passed the pub a number of times. Heard some very good reviews from other people I know have been. service was fantastic, the gentleman serving us was polite and very knowledgeable. Order the 2 pizzas, a cheese garlic bread and Haloumi fries. Food was delicious.
Well located to drop in on our way both into and out of Harrogate for a convention - both times a nice atmosphere and friendly & attentive staff despite being quiet! The menu was new and everything we tried was delicious, having both the lunch sandwiches menu, and evening. Very much recommend the vegan bruscetta, couldn't believe that wasn't real cheese! Will be back 😊

Took a little while to get seated but not too bad.
Ordered some drinks. Wine, a coke and some beer. Took a little while to arrive but there was a party in the bar so not too suprising.
We ordered Sunday roast. My GF had the chicken and I had the beef with mac'n'cheese. It was quick to arrive.
Hers was good, plenty of gravy although the parsnips were too big.
When my beef arrived I was surprised to not have any gravy in the yorkshire as there was some on hers.
Beef looked good but was a bit chewy. I had to ask for some extra gravy and it was quick enough to come. The yorkshires looked good but were very dry.
Not bad at all. Lovely decor. £23 for a steak but could do with more than half of a tomato and one small mushroom. £6.20 for a pint.

Pretty place to go for Sunday lunch, nice atmosphere, peaceful and nicely decorated. Ordered trio Sunday lunch which is supposed to come with crackling and didn't. Asked for stuffing balls and the steak and ale pie but they'd run out of both. The food was lovely but I prefer it not to be piled up like they're trying to make it a work of art or something but that's just my opinion and food was still good.
Popped in without booking, very friendly staff who got us seated quickly and without any fuss. Food was good with great portion size. The Sunday lunch looked fantastic (beef). Plenty of meat on the plate!
Decor was really nice, clear a lot of time, money and effort has been spent to get the place looking nice, really impressed. Plenty of car parking spaces directly outside too so no dramas there.
All in all, a very pleasant lunch, will absolutely be going again.
