I went for a chicken bake the other day and the was shocked only a guy called Boris was serving and he was really kind and efficient. Its a shame the company cares about the sales and no the great staff they have because when im going to other places i can see at least four people in the counter and this never happens in Greggs.

I love Greggs, probably more than I should :). The bacon sandwiches are a great way to start the day and the coffee tastes good. I'm fact I haven't found much in Greggs I don't like.
Do get the app as you get free items after 9 purchases, and it's worth it. The staff are great in Kendal and very friendly. I will keep coming here.

Cheerful and affordable. Staff are friendly and efficient. Prices are way less than competitors. Savoury food (pies, chicken bites, baguettes, pizza slices, etc) and hot drinks always taste great and are FRESH and HOT regardless of time of day. Pies are delicious but a tad small as a meal on its own. Haven't tried any sweet treats as prefer savoury.
Loyalty card/app means your 10th coffee is free.
A reusable coffee cup saves you 20p per hot drink.
No indoor seating or accessible bathrooms.
Pay and display parking within 10min walk.
There are public benches right outside, with shade provided by a tree.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service, shoutout to Beverly for being so welcoming and lovely to customers. It is quite refreshing to see good customer service at a Greggs.

Beverly is such a wonderfull, caring person. She gives 100% to all customers. Her energy and willing to go that extra mile is so touching and heart warming. I was in the Que and it was just a lovely experience to watch someone like Beverly serve customers. Well done and I'm be back to this Greggs very soon

Massive fan of Greg's. I live in the middle east and decent pork stuff is harder to come buy so I consider Greg's a massive treat when I come home!

Nice clean place sells plenty of different sandwiches toasted if you want but do ask all different prices can sit inside and eat call in and see

Sampled the new vegan steak bake, very nice, regularly pop in for a vegan sausage roll or two.
