Recent visit , wonderful service , the sandwich was made on the spot and was amazing ... can't wait to go back and sample more including coffee :)
Update 2024 Sept 30 - This place continues to be awesome. Popped in for a coffee and pastrami sandwich , both were sublime. If you’ve got the time and don’t mind a small premium (nhs and blue badge discount available) then this place is a must. oh and do your best not to be tempted by the cakes/cookies just looking at them is too tempting.
Final note they do offer a “club card” to get a free coffee.

What a lovely locally owned business. Great food and very friendly. They make their own bread which is 1st class as are the sandwich fillings and cake. Let's not forget the coffee. A delicious flat white is always on the menu for me.
Nothing is too much trouble.

I popped in randomly as I was passing and had the coronation chicken sandwich with salad on the seeded loaf. It was lovely, both the filling and bread was superb. Next time I visit I'll pick up a whole loaf to take home.

My husband ordered two fabulous sandwiches on sourdough and a delicious huge chocolate cookie whilst I was having a scan in Harrogate Hospital - what a treat to come out to.

Fantastic bakery. We go from time to time from Leeds. All bread is exquisite but mention apart to the 5 seeds, and the marmite and cheese. It's worth saying that brunch options are de delicious.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up having breakfast sandwiches too. Lovely little independent bakery with good coffee and options of toasted and untoasted sandwiches, pastries and cakes. Selection of bread including sourdough. Limited seating space inside, but there are also a few tables and chairs outside, but not that practical in the winter or UK weather most of the year! Cosy cafe but no toilet facilities.

Great types of bread. Acceptable prices. The seeded bread was so tasty we are considering of going to Harrogate only for this bread. You can enjoy excellent toasts sitting inside. The seating space is small, but there are a few tables and chsirs outside, when the weather allows.
