Really tasty dishes, all plant based. Very nutritious and good sized portions. Democratic prices. Only quibble was the length of waiting for drinks (20 mins) and food (30 mins) when cafe was quiet. Friendly staff, good decor and nice atmosphere. We were able to sit out in the autumn sun which was a plus. Would go again and have recommended to friends.

This cafe & foodary is a must stop place if you are vegan. Wide selection of whole food, low in sugar, super tasty vegan food.
We had avocado toast, a real fruit green smoothie and a low in sugar cake.
The cafe has a bright aspect on the corner of a quiet street. With relaxed indoor and outdoor seating.
Staff very friendly & helpful.
Another thing I loved is that tge cafe opens at 8am - so time to catch breakfast.

The only thing I can be mad about is how long it took me to discover this place! Smoothie bowls were delicious and we'll portioned. We didn't leave feeling like we over ate and the ingredients all tested top quality and fresh.

Absolutely mega. Turned out to be across the street from our B&B when we went for a wander and we were very happy we decided to stop by. Good-looking and incredibly tasty food (winter salad, soup of the day and truffle fries 👌), top coffee and friendly vibes from both the dogs and the humans :-) Couldn't fault it and will be back for sure!

Wow! Superb vegan food. 100% vegan - so good. The mushrooms on toast was superb - lost count of the different types of mushroom in there, beautifully cooked, great cashew-based sauce, lovely bread. New favourite plant place in Harrogate. Highly recommended, v close to town centre and easy parking. And lovely staff too! Thank you!
Update: another visit, more great food and service. Can now recommend the Ital Breakfast too - superb scrambled tofu! Lovely people. Highly recommended.

Nom nom. This eatery did not disappoint: the food *is* as good as it looks! The atmosphere was very welcoming and the service was great. The staff were all lovely and very friendly.
The menu had a good variety of options and everything I sampled was either delicious or exceptional. Knowing it was all nutritious too was a nice bonus. 😉
I will definitely eat here again and would recommend it without hesitation.
