Did a takeaway today night. Fast service. Friendly staff.
On to the food, I ordered Chicken Lo Mein and Pork Lo Mein (Char Siu). Both were good however the pork was a bit stiff for my liking. I also ordered a side dish of Szchwean Style Chicken which tasted nice.
Overall, would like to go to the restaurant one day, sit there and have some nice dinner.
PS: If you order order £10, you get a portion of Spring Rolls free which is nice,
Been here a few times and last night the food is delicious every time I have been I ordered the sweet & sour chicken with special fried rice and capital ribs. The staff is also friendly and polite. Would recommend this place to go for a casual lunch or dinner.
Went back to this place after 5 years and it has changed for the better. It's a simple restaurant with seating like wagamamma. Service was blindingly fast, we got two bowls of udon noodles with beef and chicken, sweet and sour nungu prawns, chicken in black bean sauce and egg fried rice. Very good, and lived it. And it was seriously value for money, 22 quid with drinks. Needless to say, it's now on the list of favorite restaurants.
A favourite of my friends and I during our college days, Noodle City is a great spot for meeting with friends and not having to focus too much on the food.
Not that the food should be dismissed, by any means! The portions are more than generous and always cooked well. It's also easy to take advantage of the deal advertised on each long bench of tables about getting a side dish for free or for a reduced price if you spend a certain amount, which can easily be achieved with two people buying a main meal each.
The food always comes out quickly and steaming, and has plenty of vegetables too, which is something than can sometimes be lacking in cheaper Chinese restaurants. Speaking of which, it's very affordable, there's no way you'll have to break the bank to come here!
While I always went for the noodles, a friend of mine often went for the rice and duck, and judging by the amount she ate and how often she re-ordered it, I'd say it's worth it!
Don't come here expecting to finish your plate completely unless it's with an empty stomach!
Ok ingore how bad the photos are, I nearly forgot and had to stop mid-bite to take these.
Went there today and I have to say, the food was amazing, we had spring rolls, prawn crackers, salt & peppered squid, roast pork with egg fried rice and shredded crispy beef with chilli and we also got an offer for the spare ribs. The starter portions were quite big and I was already full from those, but every single dish was delicious, the meat was juicy and fresh. The service was incredibly quick and the staff were really nice. Not to mention we paid for all that about £34. Definitely a bargain for such tasty food.
Just go, the food is incredible the staff are friendly and efficient and I will be going back again next time I'm in London, would highly highly recommend!! Next time I might even remember to take some photos of the food.
Great selection on the menu, was sad there wasn't any Dumplings for me - I don't eat pork so none that wasn't pork.
I enjoyed my szechuan Chicken but it was sweet and I wanted spicy. If I wanted sweet, I would of ordered sweet and sour chicken. The free spring rolls were very good and I appreciated the eat in deal. I'd defo buy again but choose a better dish. I also got a mixed juice which was refreshing.
Amazing food, friendly staff.
Highly recommend going if you're in Harrow.
Very quaint no fuss Chinese meals. Loved the roast duck served with the noodle soup. Wonton in soup too very meaty. Service was friendly n cheery n we were constantly checked upon for any needs. Noodles best eaten with some fresh cut chili with soya sauce!
I’m living in Harrow more than 3 years. I’ve never seen this restaurant before quarantine.
I’m happy to find them. The price is very good, not expensive at all also the quality of the food is great. The lady took my order was very nice and friendly. At total It’s very nice place to get food.
The ladies working here are very helpful and friendly and the food is very tasty. It’s such a nice place to pop into for an impromptu dinner with a friend or two :). If you enjoy piping hot noodles and delicious jasmine tea, then this place is a must (I haven’t tried their rice dishes but I’m sure that they are nice). My partner loves their crispy chicken starter and I enjoy their vegetable spring rolls. Give the Singapore noodles a try ;). The fortune cookie at the end of the meal, has always been very illuminating in its predictions :P.
The food is amazing here and there's fab air con but man the seating benches are uncomfortable. Really awful to sit at for too long.
Good service, food tastes really good. Portions are a great size. The restaurant is also a good value for money.
Been coming here over 20 years. The food is consistently good, the service is friendly and the food is affordable
