Alex the (waiter) was extremely helpful and accommodating. He made our evening very pleasant.
The only thing I would mention that was off putting would be the constant flies coming around our food as we're eating which is not health and safety!

Recently we had a pizza making party at Pizza Express on 14th October . We had the amazing experience as well as kids and parents.
Well organised staff, handled kids with warmth and love.

There were 3 staff on duty this evening @ St George’s Centre, Harrow, one being the Manager who is delightful, another male waiter who was equally lovely & Pooja who is the best - she has the patience of a saint, she’s efficient, professional & so kind & helpful. They all work so hard & deserve to be recognised - also compliments to the chef, the food was amazing.

I love the Harrow branch in St George’s shopping centre. Our server was Alex and he is the absolute sweetest. Really bubbly individual with such a radiant personality. It makes the experience at Pizza Express more enjoyable

We had dinner here after a long hot day of moving into our new place. And we were surprised with the food considering that it was my first time here. Our server ALEX was very efficient and looked after us so well. Top service. Defo coming back.
