Food, Thali, indians favorite place to eat homelike food... Even English people have started being clients as it provides tasty vegetarian Curries, rice that are excellent for lunch hours. Quality matters....try any items instead of sandwich for lunch. You will be more happy.

I love this place and the vegetarian food on the menu ,so much choice, so very well priced, you can't go wrong. They are usually very busy, but once your food arrives you will enjoy it, for sure, Compliments to the chef.

All their food Is very tasty(a bit spicy)at a very reasonable rate. They make one of the best dabelis I have ever tasted in the UK.

Very good options for Indian Vegetarians. They have a wide variety of dishes ranging from South Indian Dosa to Mumbai street foods. We had ordered Aloo Paratha, Panjabi Samosa and Vada Pav. One drawback I felt was that most of the potato dishes had same/similar taste. Like Aloo Paratha had same potato batter used for Samosa and Vada Pav.

The place justifies the price and food is also good. Quick snacking and occasionally eating fine. Not a place for fine dine though.

The best thing about Aumkar sweets is the value for money and the homely flavours! This place was one of the reasons why we felt living in Harrow wouldn't be so difficult after all. They serve a mix of Gujarati and Mumbai street food. The taste is good and food is made fresh. You will always find this place busy on weekends. Staff works incredibly hard but always has a pleasing smile. A must visit for those who love simple Indian flavours.

A small place to enjoy Delicious Gujarati food . It’s almost busy in the evenings and better to opt for a takeaway in the evenings. During the rest of the day , you will manage to find a table. My favs are samosa chaat 😋and aloo paratha which is served with some sweet yogurt🤤. They also have a variety of Gujarati sweets. Their Gulab jamun is cheap and mouth watering and their ladoos are also very remarkable. Another plus is that , they have a thali counter with a few choice of dishes which you can choose from according to your taste.

I have grabbed a takeaway lunch from here a few times. The thali is good with a lot of options for the sabzis. The portion size is good but it’s a bit too expensive according to me.

This is the place you would want to visit if you crave for quick North Indian bites.

Its on a self service model, decently priced and the taste is mostly suited for British palates. Coming from India one would not enjoy it to the core as preparation is deviated from the authentic recipes. Yet the place Oozes with Indian crowd.

I would recommend to stick to chats like Sev puri, Dahi puri.

Mohit Pai

In a nutshell, it's a good place to go and quench ur cravings for Indian chat food but u will be disappointed if you are looking for something deliciously yummy and authentic.

The ambiance of this place is simple with a few tidy chairs and table. This works on the lines of self service model.

We tried few of the items on the menu,
The sev Puri was done well, the Puri was crunchy and the chutney was spiced well. This was the only highlight.

We also tried pav bhaaji, vada paav, noodles and some masala chai. All these were at best mediocre and I felt that we could do a better job at home

Bhavya Gupta Hn

Ambience - Nothing great.
Food - OK OK to not good.
Had multiple bad experiences here with food.
Mirchi bhaji was good.
Samosa was fine.
Can try out if you are craving Indian food and you can't even walk few steps to find another place

My sister and I ate Sev Puri here after demolishing our pancakes and waffles at the chocolate room just across the road from this place. This is a nice little family owned restaurant where you can get a quick bite to eat. It does tend to get quite busy but the service is pretty good. The food is quite cheap here so you can probably have a full meal for less than £5.

Sev Puri was spicy and tasted great! I would visit again (but next time perhaps on an empty stomach so I can make most of the cheap food!)
