Shivam gave excellent customer service! They didn't have my chosen cake ready but Shivam offered to prepare how I wanted it within an hour. Finally they were ready much quicker with a beautiful personalised cake. Only can recommend! Will come back for sure.

I recently visited Cake Box on 6th July 2023, and I must say it was a delightful experience. I was uncertain about which cake would be the best fit for my little one's special occasion. However, the person named Shivam behind the counter was incredibly helpful and provided me with numerous options from their ready-made selection. He even went the extra mile by showing me some online cake designs that could be prepared within an hour.
Shivam's kind and attentive assistance played a crucial role in helping me finalize the perfect cake, taking into consideration my specific requirements, including the size. The cake itself was not only visually appealing but also incredibly soft and delicious. It received rave reviews from all the attendees at the party.
