The best I’ve had here in London yet, I’m from America and the taste of food and cooking is very different I’m also very picky so it’s normally hard to please me, the sour cream and salsa was very good the chicken wasn’t spicy which i like because everywhere you go people make it too spicy so for me it was perfect, got a cold beer with dinner and nice views of city street while i ate. I give this place 5 stars loved it!

Got a jacked up loaded burrito from Silverburn Glasgow. It was absolutely to be saluted. Chicken breast was not spared and decent quality (unlike the subway garbage) and extra meat of beef piled on. Proppppah sized burrito , none of this kids sized portions. Anyway the gains were loyal. The food was �. �

lovely food but staff a bit impatient.. they whisper to you and then when you can't hear they are not too happy but polite enough at end when food is made. Good portions, napkins given and food tastes fresh. 4 stars as service could be better.

I love the fress ingredients what tortilla works for, the atmosfere good little noise because you are in the middle of the plaza, the staff friendly and easy to communicate, my recommend food the chicken quesadilla with extra chipotle cheese sauce you not gonna be hungry soon 💯

This place is my go to place and the food is amazing as always and the main thing is staffs are so friendly and nice.I would recommend this place to everyone. The best burritos in harrow. Recommend 10/10

I had a fantastic experience with the free birthday burrito offer at Tortilla. Not only was the burrito delicious, but the customer service provided by Harry was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had a memorable birthday meal. I appreciate the effort put into making customers feel valued and I'll definitely be returning to tortilla for more great food and service.

Price is very tasty with large portions... Will definitely fill you up. The staff are friendly and helpful when you're not sure what to get. Reasonably priced too. Only 4 stars as a lot of the tables were dirty. Other than that I'd definitely go again.

I like how fresh the food is from tortilla. The options aren't endless but decent enough to change your burrito every now and then. I find the staff very friendly at this place. Not a big fan of the atmosphere, but that is mainly due to its location, in between escalators in a shopping mall.

Great Food and amazing service. They have an option to order from your mobile using thier QR code at every table. It is very easy to use and claim to give you some rewards as well to use in future. Tried and worked well. Food is amazing as always.
