I have been coming to this SB for quite sometime and I know how busy it can get. Today, I did not plan of coming by but a friend just asked for a favor. Deep was so helpful as my friend’s usual wasn't available. His advise made me order one for myself just to try. Leila was also very kind to offer me some help to pack the drinks to go. Thanks for the rest of the team. Kindness goes a long way.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and the manager.lead at the store (Taylor) is so nice. They listen to you, look after your order and deliver everything on time. The coffees are good and yes, if there is any problem they sort it out quickly. This is a brilliant place, great set up, friendly staff and very good coffee.
And of the negative reviews listed here - I have no idea what they smoke and write!

Two boys by the name of Mohammed were excellent and efficient with their work , surprising as they told me they are new but I had previously thought they were experienced. 10/10 for the both of them very impressed.
Will be coming back soon for sure

Been to many Starbucks in London and other countries and this by far the worst in customer service. The attitude of most of the baristas seems like, 'Why are you here?' If they don't enjoy it wonder why they stay and pass on that to customers.<br/><br/>If you have a problem with the drink (not hot enough - other Starbucks seem fine just this one) and ask for a better one (which is what Starbucks claims - we make your drink just the way you want) you get a silent glance and they carry with making a new one but no answer to you. You have to go away, wait for a while and come back and ask for your drink again. <br/><br/>The more often you go the worse it seems to be. It is not really pleasurable paying for your coffee and going through the above pain on a regular basis.<br/><br/>Even when there is a new barista it is only a matter of time they turn into one of the above.
