Worst service of staff…..Never acknowledge any customer even not acknowledge to senior citizen as well…..This my worst experience in costa also not greeting any customer. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and is a great place to chill out on your own or with friends. When you sit inside, you'll feel like you're in a part of secret London away from all the hustle and bustle of Harrow! They need to keep cleaning the tables regularly though.
