Had a problem with the order. Two items wrong. The manager, "Lee", sorted it out immediately; with no question . Great helpful staff and manager.
Staff left me waiting for food in bay 1 for over 15mins and then I had to go in store to ask for food in the end . Staff was just standing around talking when i walked inn and carried on laughing and chatting until i was acknowledged . when I was i received my food that stone cold when I had got back to the car to eat it . Staff didn't even apologise, wasn't even bothered there was customers waiting up 2 4 cars behind me as well . Very disappointing service. Know wounder why it's the worst in west london area of Ealing brough .
Best Mc Donald’s ever because of the view!!!
Food are little bit pricey Not sure because of the location or in all Palma is like this. Anyway we have been 2 times, one time for breakfast and another time to eat.. as everything around was closed except Mc Donald’s. 22 December it was very very sunny and 20 degrees. The view was like a postcard.
Late-night cravings led me to McDonald's, and I must say, the food was absolutely fantastic! The familiar taste and quality we all know and love from this fast-food giant did not disappoint. From the juicy burgers to the crispy fries, everything was spot-on and satisfying.
My only gripe was with the service in the drive-through lane, which seemed to be a bit slow during my visit. It's understandable that late-night hours can be busy, but the wait was longer than I anticipated. Nonetheless, the staff remained courteous and friendly throughout, which made the delay a little more bearable.
Despite the minor inconvenience, I'll be returning to McDonald's for their mouthwatering menu and convenience. I hope that the drive-through service can be improved in the future to match the excellence of their delicious offerings. Keep up the great work, McDonald's!
This branch has a play area outside. The usual order with the app to arrive at your table as usual.
Beware 90 min car parking should you have kids that want to stay and play with the tablets.
I visited McDonald's few weeks ago and food was awesome, I took vegan option and it was really satisfying and also the service was nice and fast and the dining area was was neat an clean. This McDonald's has kids area where kids can play while we waiting for our food to be served and also there is drive-thru was also available. It is located on the roundabout so it is very convenient for people who don't want to dine in and want their food in their car. So, overall my experience was awesome with this McDonald's in food, service and dine in area.
The order was perfect today, we customised the burgers into adding more stuff and everything was on point. We are regulars and come almost everyday around 8-9. This mc Donald’s is VERY clean everyday . The floor is clean and so are the tables.
McDonalds is always good. A minor observation though on cleanliness of this branch needs improvement otherwise everything else is as per the expectations.
Our go to place for the amazing burgers and fries.
My son loves Mc Donald's. It's life saviour for play dates. I love the banana milkshake.
The rates are reasonable , the service is quick, what more can you ask for?
