Best service and cakes in Harrow. Even though there was an error from Deliveroo, staff was kind enough to give a call and helped me with my order. God bless. I recommend Eggfree Cake Inn to everyone. Hats off to you guys 🎂🎂🎂

The cake is always good here. The customer service could be a bit better. But the cake is 5 out of 5.

Egg Free Cake Box Rayners Lane is amazing. Good cake. Tasty. Friendly staff. Small shop but have enough varieties and I will always be able to get the correct size cake from them. Will order again. Thanks.

After a few bad experiences with another cake vendor I decided to give cake box a try. And I'm very glad I did. They were professional and very friendly. Ordered the cake I wanted for a birthday for collection and I was very pleased with it. Beautifully presented birthday cake and no compromise on quality and taste. I will from now on use cake box for all my family cake needs. Would highly recommend!

One word. AMAZING!!! Never had any faults with any orders, always professional and helpful family run business. Have had all my cakes and even very short notice i.e on the day, they haven't disappointed. The chap (think is the store manager) Kirran, is especially helpful and will never rush you even if you end up spending 20 mins going through a number of different designs as they have a wide selection to choose from. They never fail to impress and it's amazing to see if there is anything they can't do. Birthdays, Engagements and even Wedding cakes, we have always ordered from this branch of cakebox and every occasion it's been fresh, tasteful and very professionally designed. Defiantly above and beyond than other shops in Harrow offering similar products.

I got a cake done for our wedding anniversary. The cake was exceptionally made and I was so impressed. I collected my cake from Rayners Lane branch and took a cab back home. On the way the cab driver pressed emergency brake so hard as he saw the car in front last minute. The cake flipped of my hands and was completely damaged. I took my cake back to cake box to see if they could do anything to fix it. The lady on front desk was very helpful. She asked the store manager KIRRAN if this was possible. Kirran was really helpful, extremely professional he promised me he’ll fix it and the cake was fixed fully 20 mins. I couldn’t believe when I saw the cake. They re-did my cake beautifully for free. The team were very friendly and helpful. Not only that the cake was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t thank them enough. Very impressed.

For my son's first birthday party cake After having a cumbersome and long winded experience with South Harrow branch (because it was close to the venue) I went back to Rayners lane which is my usual branch. Super easy process and guidance for the bear idea with sparky but stain free yellow fresh cream look, my son's first birthday cake looked as awesome as I would have wanted. The taste was as delicious as it looked. Thanks a lot for your excellent customer service.

Ordered 2 cakes for a dual birthday, one for my daughter and one for my husband. I bought a small one to taste beforehand and asked umpteen questions before ordering. The staff were really kind and patient with me. I ordered the Mehendi design as it looked suitable for a man, a classic design. I ordered Vanilla with extra jam and chocolate cigarillos as an extra and I ordered the chocolate for my daughter. All my guests had the cake, loved the cake and came back for seconds and stole the chocolate fencing around the cake ( chocolate cigarillos) I ordered enough for 60 portions and it was more than enough. I was really pleased and will definitely buy again for my special occasions. None of my guests were able to guess it was egg free and they all commented how light and delicate the sponge was.
