A lovely site with great toys etc for small kids. Friendly staff. Good for tea and an ice cream but the hot food is just edible. Hotdogs were the worst we ever had. Dry and inedible. But the play area and staff are very friendly.
Cafe has Covid measures in place. Lots of people enjoying ice cream. Can sit outside to eat. Toilets next door, kept nice and clean.
I often pop in here during the week when I have taken a friend to one of the care homes to visit his wife. I was pleasantly surprised not only with their lovely bacon rolls and tea but by the really friendly and helpful young staff. They are a credit to the cafe.

always seem open when we are around. Some loos right next door. A good cuppa served. Can also get ice creams and other cafe stuff.
