Had a catch up here with a old work colleague.
Nice place.
But my Hot Chocolate came out warm but was okay.
Costa coffee was standard but cheese toasts were good. Staff were awesome and service was excellent. Even though they were young girls and you can’t aspect that nice service from young ones these days. Atmosphere was calm and quiet. If you visiting this area then pop in for a coffee break.
I went for a Christmas hot chocolate and wanted to take a pic of it. The baristra went to get a lid for the cup and I said I didn't need one, but he insisted and said it's store policy and pushed it onto the cup, squashing the cream. I …
Very friendly woman serving this morning Saturday 13 th at 7.20 am. She also made an excellent flat white.
Went in last week for the first time as had a meeting. The 2 girls behind the counter were lovely and friendly. I really can't believe one of the reviewers said "you can't expect good service from young people". It was fairly quiet but the girls were keeping the place clean and doing their jobs well.
I do not find this one of the better costas, it's not very well kept, and drinks do not come all that hot.
On the plus side staff always seem friendly and happy to be working
