As usual, I didn't have the time or the patience to order my food & coffee via the machine, so I ordered it at the counter. I was served promptly and very professionally by a young Asian gentleman who totally appreciated my problems with McDonald's automation. He also sorted the App on my phone so that he ensured I'd receive the appropriate points for my manual order.
As usual, I ordered a Chicken Mayo & Caramel flavoured latte large, probably one of the cheapest orders he'd taken all day, but I got the same standard of service if I'd spent £100 and not the £4.97!! He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Within 5 minutes, I was departing the restaurant with his last pleasant words....Have a nice day!!

Sadly, we waited over half an hour to get two cappuchinos despite only being four other people who ordered. We didn't order food. We did have an apology for the wait.

I only get the chance to visit this place through drive through late at night after a night shift at local club at baxenden. The staff here always look after to me, especially when I ask for a box of pickles. They go above and beyond and should be recognised for it. Thank you, you lot know I love my pickles and chicken selects ❤️

This is the best McDonald's in the North West. The fries are actually cooked and the service is excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially for families with young kids.

Staff smoking at front. Drive through not open due to painting wall outside. Manager appeared useless as I walked to the counter to ask for my drive thru ordered on app. Only maccys I've ever had to call out 'excuse me' to get served. Fortunately lady then did serve me efficiently, saving grace. Could be cleaner..first 2 tables I checked this morning had food on, 2 months after first review, was early tho.

Whitebirk McDonald's hmmm well the food wasn't hot at all, I took it back and again it was lukewarm. I won't go back there. The staffing issues are evident as they all look like there on a sinking ship. It's a shame really as it used to be great. We did notice that the Uber/ just eat drivers get priority with their orders. Customers are just let waiting.

The staff were really friendly and efficient, but the person who really impressed us was the customer service person on duty between 2pm and 3pm on Sun 4th June when we visited. The place was spotless, and we watched him clean tables after customers left. Nothing unusual in this, you may think, but he not only managed to wipe the tables without wiping everything onto the chairs, but he also wiped down the chairs and benches themselves. This is not only a rarity at McDonalds, it’s a rarity in almost all eating places. It was a pleasure to see someone doing the job properly (and, no, I’d never seen him before and we’re not related). We’ll done that man, and whoever trained and managed him.
I almost forgot about the order. Ordered on the app, and it was delivered quickly and correctly to the table. Later, ordered a second time on app, and it was again delivered quickly and correctly to the table. All round excellent service.
