Last Saturday our group held a Friendship Day at the Adastra Hall in Hassocks, and we pe-booked lunch for 63 ladies. The service at the collection time was fantastic, and the food was delicious, we will certainly use the services again in the future.
Excellent fresh fried fish and great chips price is average for the area.
October 2023 update just had a superb Savaloy and chips takeaway for two for £12 20p.
Loads of lovely chips and a giant Savaloy. Great service and quick. Was 4 star now 5 !
The food here is good, went on a Tuesday evening. Quick service and the cod is cooked fresh, so you know it hasn't been sitting a while.
I would say they are a touch expensive. Small cod and chips, saveloy and chips 2 cans of rio £19. Otherwise, I would recommend

Just a little bit moist on the batter on bottom of the fish but tasted great. Lovely cod crispy chips. Great friendly staff. Fish cooked fresh. Would definitely go back.

Lovely dinner from here on Friday evening, did a telephone pre order. Food ready when I got there. Staff very friendly.
Went here on a Friday night and the place was rammed but running efficiently. All food cooked fresh to order. We both had Cod with chips and it was perfect - thin crisp batter on the fish, and the chips were beautifully crisp as well. This is my husband's new favourite chippy
when I walked in staff were friendly and very approachable, they all were very nice and made us feel at home. The service was very quick and we didn’t have to wait long. We took our food back and the food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. This place reminded me of going to the fish and chip shop when I was younger and was very lovely to eat. Mat was a very nice young man that was clearly working hard and had a nice sense of humour with the rest of the staff he shouted goodbye as i had left the shop
