The best fish and chips anywhere. My wife says it. When she was pregnant with our 2 children, she had a craving to eat the cod here. We drove from Crawley on a regular basis which is 1 hour or more each way to build our babies bodies and brains with fresh Hastings cod! It seems to have worked as both of them are very intelligent and our son has been complimented at school by his teachers on how good his memory is. (Fish is apparently very beneficial for the brain.)

My wife and I visited Hastings on last Saturday and decided to have fish and chips for lunch. We were both served an absolutely freshly fried cod and chips and enjoyed it. Anyone reading this should definitely visit if you go to Hastings 😊😊

We just had a lunch here and the service was great. We asked the gentleman for a cod without batter for our 18 month old and it was of great quality. He was also very kind to let us buy some milk from him and warm it up for us. Definitely recommend that place for anyone with a little kids

Takeaway and sit-in fish and chip shop. Prices are pretty reasonable. Only opted for chips, but these were well cooked and were a good portion.
Note: They don't take card payments, so be sure to bring cash with you.

Just the best fish and chips! Super fresh, light crispy batter, not greasy, just delicious. Chips were crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Cooked to order and just perfect!
