The Downtown Diner

This is a winner 🏆 this town has had some real mediocre food for a while. And a diner is a big ask .it's big expectation! But this place won me over!! The staff were so friendly it was a lovely change to the usual zombie faced staff you see in other establishments around town 😀 😉 As soon as we entered the vibe was nice the place visually was awesome too. The red tables /booths the jukeboxs on the table. The uniform and most importantly the Menu. We got the most beautiful burger . Double patty , fried onions in a brioche bun etc etc It was called the Master Burger for 11 pound. It was soon worth it. All served with a side of fries. I asked also for hotsauce. Now everyone knows I make my own and I'm always dubious about other sauces I find in stores but all 3 were lovely. Zesty packed with flavour and a great texture and heat. Other items on the menu including peri peri chicken and the hotdogs are something I plan to order soon 😋 Bonnie and summer I believe were also very helpful with helping us enquiring about possibly hiring the venue. I have been won over in every way here. This is a place for all of the family. They can also provide highchairs for the little ones. Honestly go for yourself you'll thank me

Great little diner, the food was really good, prices right and the lady serving worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy with their orders, we were ready to have a takeaway but we were allowed to bring the digs in with us and she made sure they had water straight away even though she was busy! Totally recommend a visit!! We'll be back!
