The Downtown Diner - Hastings - Photo album

This is a winner 🏆 this town has had some real mediocre food for a while. And a diner is a big ask .it's big expectation! But this place won me over!! The staff were so friendly it was a lovely change to the usual zombie faced staff you see in other establishments around town 😀 😉 As soon as we ente
Great little find in Hastings is this new American diner. I had one of their burgers which was very tasty. Kids meal deal is very reasonable as well for a starter, main, desert and drink which can include one of their milkshakes. Everything is cooked fresh so service is a little slow, but guaranteed
Great little diner, the food was really good, prices right and the lady serving worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy with their orders, we were ready to have a takeaway but we were allowed to bring the digs in with us and she made sure they had water straight away even though she was busy!
Newly opened American diner. Plenty of seating - booths and even some stalls at the bar. Typical amerocanised menu offering of burgers, hot dogs and shakes.
Wonderful food , very filling staff very helpful and friendly 😋
Very much a 40/50s American diner experience with old school Jukeboxes on every table and a menu with a good amount of variety! We went when it was very quiet unfortunately the staff looked bored but were super keen to help us and make sure all the food and drinks were ok! I'd absolutely come again!
American themed diner serving burgers, hotdogs and similar! Nice place to pop in, and server was great.... friendly and helpful!
Milkshakes are incredible, the banana one on a level with Five Guys. Food also good, would highly recommend a visit
That chicken gives nandos strong competition seriously! The chicken was really tasty. The spicy rice is my choice. The homemade slaw and salad really tasty. The salad has a very fresh dressing on it. And kids loved all the chips. We enjoyed our takeaway night.
the master burger is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection double flame grilled patty and the homemade coleslaw is amazing too
Went for lunch with a friend on a very hot Saturday, arrived just after 1pm. Restaurant was quite busy but still got a table. Had a bit of a wait for the food to arrive but again, it was very busy and the food is cooked to order. Me and my friend agreed that the burgers have been one of the best we
Great little place for a cheap date night, food and the shake was very nice! Quiet and great vibe. My Only issue is my food was served to me wrong, and staff didn’t seem to bothered when quizzed however the food was still great so hard to knock it to much.
Cute diner with great 1950s music and good food. Servers are friendly and helpful.
