Yuan's Buffet

We went there for the first time today. It was the best Chinese American food I've had in years. They even had ribs! I don't eat seafood, but was impressed that besides the regular buffet they had sushi and a hibachi bar. Their hot & sour soup and stuffed mushrooms were fabulous, as were all the chicken and beef dishes I tried. The prices were reasonable and the staff was kind. The bathroom was clean. We will definitely be going back! It's always fun to try a new restaurant, especially when it's as good as Yuan's.

The food was good, service was good, they took the plates away quickly. I'm giving 5 stars, but unfortunately we won't be going there again. I had a bad allergic reaction, likely to the use of MSG plus had to go to the bathroom multiple times. This morning it hit my oldest, he's not feeling well. My youngest and his friend feel great so far. Just a heads up for people with allergies or sensitive stomachs.

I generally really like Yuan's, but tonight it was not good. The salt & pepper shrimp were like little grease balls. The chicken wings were inedible, strange taste. Fried rice was good. Lo mein was good. The mushrooms in the pork and mushrooms were good there wasn't any pork left in the tray. The egg drop soup was good... I didn't finish it because there was 5 workers staring at me waiting for me to finish and it was still 30 minutes before closing time. Wasn't offered ice cream as usual. Just was a disappointment... I had been craving Yuan's for months. I go there myself because my wife doesn't like Chinese food and I love it, but it will be awhile before I go back again and I'll go earlier in the evening. When everything is freshly made, not bottom of the barrel. For $17 I would expect a great meal...

Use to love this place. The food was good and the workers were nice and friendly. However in the last year the food has became bland and cold and the employees are no longer friendly. Theyll stare at you like hey leave now,if you have been rhere more rhen 20 minutes. They also use to have fresh sushi and now the sushi is usually hard or bad looking look cause they just leave it on plates with no ice to keep cold or fresh. Then I saw the video of a mouse running around and then had a friend tell me when he was there he saw a mouse as well. So sadly I'll never be going here again and I don't recommend

This place has gotten so bad .orderd food tonight , went to pick it up was a bit early .while waiting for my food watched one the cooks come out scoop rice out of the buffet that the public is eating from .for what asumed was my 2 combo plates of sesame chicken . i orderd to go , for the reason that i want fresh food that hasnt been cough on and touched by other people. This is not proper food handling!!!! Need less to say i left befor getting my food. If you want to get sick eat here!!!!!
