So when I comes to new food places the family and I can be a little hesitant, with a child with EpiPen allergies it can be difficult to enjoy a meal out. In saying that Homestuck were very helpful. I called before hand and asked what options there were and took the leap. I had a Big Daddy Mac (it was Father's day so only appropriate) my wife had the chicken burger, and my son had the bacon burger, minus all salad (what 12 year old boy eats salad, no mayo, and on a gluten free bun - normal ones have a egg wash) and the guy who served us was very understanding, once I had given the order I did hear him talk to the chef about it. We also had the loaded fries. I thought my burger was awesome, patties were well cooked and all the flavours were there, my wife enjoyed herself, it looked very fresh, my son finished his, that is a big thing. The only notable things were the price of the burgers and the seating, we thought it was going to be busy but it wasn't. Lucky because I can see it being very cramped when it's heaving with people. I gave 5 stars for customer service and taste. Will be going back again and trying something else. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Great food and friendly staff. It's a really lovely clean restaurant. I love that you can see the kitchen and the team cooking your food. As everything is made fresh to order, there can sometimes be a wait in busy times but the staff always communicate this well. In my opinion this place is definitely worth the wait!

Regular customers here, we spend $80 every week without fail so I don't need to mention the food. What I did want to mention is that you guys do really need to focus on the SPECIAL ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS added to the order. What is getting increasingly frustrating is that we always put extra instructions on our order and they are NEVER done. (Even though they are printed TWICE on the docket, very easy to see when preparing the meal.) It's just little things obviously, but it would make what is already the best burgers we have had, even better. If you guys don't ever read the special instructions, why bother having them as an option on the menu?

To begin with I have bought from Homestock several times and its always been very good quality food but I need to make them aware of the meal I purchased last night. The chips and the chicken I could not eat due to the vast amount of salt applied. Both now in the bin. Also the chicken was so over cooked it was like leather. So it might been a idea to ask your customers if you want salt on your menu items.
