Laboratorio Pasta

We had a lovely enjoyable dinner in this wonderful restaurant in Hatch End! I can say that the quality of the food it’s to high to the London standards and the staff was very knowledgable and kindness about them menu on explaining and even showed them shapes of homemade pasta. We went on the recommendation of the Puglia red house wine which goes to tasting with our Calamari and Tuna tartare starters, Sea bass,homemade pasta Seafood and Truffle Tagliatelle. We had a delicious Stella Chocolate dessert recommendation of the manager like being a them special dessert of the day. Our bill was arrived with a “from the house “ limoncello,a lovely treatment. Definitely recommending quality of the food and best service and definitely we will be back as soon as we can!

We arrived at the restaurant quite late in the evening and was welcomed by a really friendly waitress. She was extremely helpful in explaining what some of the dishes were. If you are a truffle lover, I would highly recommend asking for the truffle special. It was easily the best truffle pasta I have had in London to date. Overall, Laboratorio is slightly on the pricey side and the menu is quite small, however, none of the food disappointed and the service was brilliant :)

An amazing small authentic Italian restaurant in my aria! I been yesterday evening and enjoyed a real burrata,a tagliatelle in a aged parmesan finished with fresh truffle,then them the real tiramisu,exactly how you will find just in Italy! Well done to the chef and 5 stars to the service,thanks Camelia for her kindness attitude! I will definitely recommend and be back all the time!

We received the most delightful service from Enzo (manager) and a charming Portuguese waitrose when visited Laboratorio Pasta. The food was amazing and we highly praise the chef for the original Tuna Tartar and Advocado. Our pasta and gnocchi were fresh and tasty. A chilled romantic setting too. Well done to everybody who contributed to the experience.

just returned from lunch at this new opening-the food is of a very high standard, with wonderful home made pastas, an exceptional burrata with vine and heritage tomatoes starter, and a lemon delizia dessert which reminded us of sunny days in Amalfi. To complement the food, the waiting staff are a joy and it was a delight to meet Luciano the manager. In these times of faux italian food, this restaurant is truly authentic; we will be back for more and thank goodness we are local! Bravissimo!!
