Very disappointing and unreasonable. The staff overcharged us by £30 and would not process a refund. They insisted we had to come back another day to get our money back and did nothing to compensate the inconvenience.
Although we only stopped for a drink and a game of pool i felt it was worth giving a review. We were a family of 4 with 2 dogs who had been out for walk whilst staying in the local campsite. We asked the landlady if we could bring the dogs …
If you get charged wrong be prepared for them to not give a refund and make you come back another day to get it
Great pub, sadly no food was on offer.
Staff member didn't appear to be happy with customers coming in, and beer garden needs some serious attention.
But the beer was good and reasonably priced
Always have a great night at the Blue Bell. The landlord Dave Szabo & the friendly bar staff go above & beyond to ensure everyone has a great time. Saturday nights Halloween party was fabulous with a fabulous array of scary costumes, a lovely buff & pie/peas supper. Thankyou! Wendy & Alan
Great pub .best night Saturday if your lucky enough to beat the regular faces to the karaoke..other people don't get a look in. Same faces all the time..beer isn't bad...Guinness very hit and miss.other than that a great pub...friendly..
