Subway

Thank you for your prompt action to resolve my complaint about the sandwich. The new order was absolutely perfect. I liked the customer care now. ( I am taking this review down. It’s worst experience from any subway I ever had. I had ordered 4 sandwiches with veggie patty, but neither of the sandwiches had any patty. The vegetables they added was also scarce. Is the business running so low that they cannot our enough veggies. The person was so rude who took my order. How can a person be like this to a returning customer. I saw all this when I reached home and I tried to call them but they never answer. It happened second time. I am going to write to the main subway website and raise a legal complaint to make sure they never do like this to others. Common man, try to be honest and respect others. Zero star... ZERO ZERO))

I had difficulty understanding the man at the counter so I asked him to repeat himself a few times, immediately after he turns to his coworker and whispers something and they both laughed, as if I couldn’t notice. Besides that, the sandwiches were barely filled and the quality was terrible. I’ve never wrote a review period for any restaurant, but this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at any place. If you’re looking for a sandwich, go to jersey mike’s or at least a different subway.

Came in one night had a really rough work day and wanted some sandwiches. He was closing and I saw him and asked if he could server me. He told me that he could if I paid with cash because the register was shut down. This man understands people and welcomed me to come back anytime. Great customer service and a very understanding person. Will continue to buy my sandwiches here till the end of time.

I watched the girl behind the counter pick a hair out of the tomatoes she had just put on some lady's sandwich. She tried to wipe it off under the counter then went right back to working on my sandwich, pretty sure she didn't get it off cause she kept looking back at her hand. Then she had the nerve to look at me like I was crazy after I told her to cancel my order. So I explained everything I saw. I hope no one else in that line got anything because that was beyond foul.

Asked the woman working to add the "New Balsamic Sub Sauce" that was listed on the glass. She looked at me dumbfounded and then just stared. I told her again what it was and pointed at the sticker, she still didn't know. She asked her co worker about it and he was just as confused, so he proceeded to tell me they didn't have it. Seconds later I pointed to where it was because I saw it. Besides this, the service was very slow around lunch time and the veggies did not look fresh.

VERY bad place to go for sandwich. I asked for toast sandwich they took it out without even toasted and had to ask more than three time to fill enough filling and then the guy working inside got annoyed in me and asked to to speak In his language as I was Gujarati too and started using bad words In his language. I still ignores as my daughter wanted to have subway in lunch. He packed the sandwich incomplete this is very rude I guess he wants to serve only pretty face . My suggestion find alternative if sandwich if you are can of subway as this place to VERY bad they want to serve only bread and save by not filling enough sandwich..
