Popped in with a couple of colleagues for a quick drink after work, nice clean friendly environment. Didn't sample the food but smelled fantastic, left feeling hungry. Will return again soon to drink and dine.

Had a great Sunday lunch experience at Red Lion 😃 Welcome and service excellent, lovely atmosphere.
My sister had scampi, loved it, myself the light Rotisserie Chicken roast. All tasty especially potatoes and gravy Small tweaks: could do with more gravy on plate, though I’m sure they would have brought more if requested. Yorkshire’s need to be light and fluffy these were hard to cut and eat (as mentioned in other reviews) Tea and coffee’s fabulous Will be back!

We had a lovely meal at the red lion last night. Everything was spot on. The gluten free menu was very good..so much choice. Our waitress was Natasha. Thanks so much.

Popped in here after work with a few colleagues and it was a very nice place to be. Bar staff was friendly and very prompt. The food looked pretty nice aswell so shall be back to try it out for sure.
Plenty of space, seating and parking, the pub is located in a great, central location aswell which is nice.

Enjoyed a nice burger and chips here for lunch after a long walk. The food was tasty (especially the chips) and came out promptly.
The staff were attentive but seemed unimpressed when asked to fill up a water bottle with tap water before we left.
There was a decent atmosphere inside, not too busy around 12:00-12:30 and had a nice cosy feel.
Overall I’d still recommend going and checking it out.

Lovely calm atmosphere, sat outside in fresh air. Unfortunately I did have to wait quite a while before being served at the bar and had another customer served before me even though I had been waiting before them, however the staff are extremely polite and food comes out very quickly to a great standard. Seems a warm and friendly environment, would recommend for couples and families aiming for a calm and chilled out evening.
