Very nice dinner with my friends. I was welcomed by Costos and my waitress was a lovely girl called Natalie. A lot of vegan options, from main dishes to desserts. Recommend!

I go there once a week with my chuldren and grandchildren. For a fomulaic restaurant part of a large chain it has good food tasty and fresh. The service is friendly and excellent. Using a voucher means that you achieve pretty good value too

It felt like the perfect place to have breakfast and it indeed it was. I experienced excellent customer service. Food so much affordable than I'd imagined and above, sat by the window and had a great view. Will certainly revisit to try another meal from the menu

In truth, I'm not a fan of Frankie & Benny's, but I was out numbered on a vote 3 to 1 so I had to go reluctantly. On entering, our party was asked immediately if any one had any allergies. The staff seemed well trained, polite and attentive, I had the full rack of ribs which were tasty and succulent, all in all despite my reservations on previous experiences at F&B I have admit I enjoyed the night the food, dessert , and drinks ! I held a star back on my previous experiences. Give it a go you might change you mind like I have!

We love breakfast there. Usually have unlimited breakfast offer, check online for vouchers. Your breakfast can be ordered again and works well especially for students on a budget. Food is always delicious.

Great food and reasonable service. Would have been better (5*) if soft drinks were free refill. 3 cokes for £10 seemed a bit steep considering the amount of ice in each glass.

Brilliant gluten free menu. Delicious diner style food. Best gluten free burger bun I’ve had in the UK! I keep going back to order the same thing... Excellent staff and service.

Always had a great meal here and the family gathering for my Mother's 83rd birthday was no exception. Great food. Lovely staff and some lovely touches for my Mum thrown in by them too.

For a start it has amazing service and has amazing staff the manager that uses glasses is very intensive, funny and gave my son a balloon which is rare in most restaurants. We loved staying there and would love to go there again!! I would recommend this to anyone they have a good variety of food and it tastes amazing I loved staying there and hope so go there again soon and our waitress was a girl and she was really nice to us.
