I got served wrong drink with my dinner but waitress quickly dealt with the situation which is great, good customer service. Their sharing platter of bread was very nice, I wish they'd add one more side to it like pesto or garlic butter because a tiny dish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar isn't enough, as for the main I had a seafood risotto which was amazing, portion size was decent and it wasn't overpriced. During the week this restaurant is very quiet and it has a great atmosphere overall.

A recent visit on a less busy day was much better. Service was good and they had the food we wanted. The soft drinks tap was a bit on the turn with the taps but that's an easy fix subject to the day you visit.

Visited on wednesday lunchtime 13.11.19, seated by the manager i believe who seemed friendly. Our server diogo was very polite, we had the carne calzone and basilicata which were both good. Haven't been in a long time but will deffinatly make regular trips as the deals they do are really good value

It has a wide selection of food on the menu. I love their desserts and the service was brilliant.

Stopped for a quick lunch whilst visiting Norwich quite nice not very big portions but as it was a quick lunch just right...long wait for food so be ready.
Why do restaurants ask if the food is ok..if it wasn't in would very quickly tell them.
Good location a bit crowded inside but I would use it again.

Better than I'd expected. I haven't eaten in a Bella Italia in years and when my friend suggested we meet there, my heart sank a little. The food was really good, big portions and really tasty. The staff were very helpful, even offering to put my friends phone on charge. We had a lovely evening

great family unit fine food exceptional service despite short staffed. The Manageress was very very apologetic due to trainee waiter on duty. She was FANTASTIC... BELLA ITALIA should be proud of her management.

What an experience, lovely staff and great customer service.
Food was fresh and delicious. The lunch menu offer and also kids meal offer are great value and quality for money! It’s the first time I see kids deal comes with starter,main, dessert AND drink. There is generally an OR involved in other restaurants.
The only critic I have is the size of bottles that are used instead of glass for serving juice, for £2.49 a tiny bottle doesn’t really worth it knowing the actual juice used to fill it worth a lot less than this and is not organic.

It is a fantastic choice for a meal out when you have children. There is always something on the menu that they will like. However it gets really buzy during school holidays.
The seating arrangements are quite comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However during the buzy times they find it hard to cope with demand.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good food (standard Bella Italia). Family friendly. Good for romantic dates too. It's quite large and the staff are good at keeping different types of customers apart (no roaming noisy kids interrupting someones date night ).
