Andreaa and Veronika have both been fantastic staff, I've been a regular customer for 5 years, they know what I order before I get to the till, always polite and make sure my foods prepared to a high standard.

Generally okay store, the burgers and side dishes themselves are fine. Only downsides are that the drinks machines are usually missing more than 3 drink items at a time, the bacon if ever you have any is shrunk down so small that it barely makes a difference to the burger. Plus no toilets is kind of unheard of, there's been plenty of times where I've had to walk across the foyer to maccies to use their toilet.

This is the only burger king in Hatfield or I'd say the only one I know in Hatfield. The staff is great and nice, the place is clean and relaxing. The food quality is great and some meals are even better cooked than in other burger king restaurants. Overall it's good, but not the best

The food was very good and the staff polite but the toilets were old and they need renovation as i had to use the hand dryer three times to actually dry my hands.

A Burger King that's even worse than the worst McDonald's I've been to across the hallway. Service is bad, takes forever, and your order will most likely be wrong. The chocolate shake tastes awful, and the workers do not know how to correctly make half the things on the menu.
