We waited too long for the food, for the dessert menu, for another drink! The food was fine, but the worst was the service! The young waitress seems to be blind! I tried to make visual contact with her several times , but she just kept ignoring us… it could have been a great experience with a more professional staff .

Visited for the 1st time yesterday for dinner. I was a little surprised that a place as lovely has this wasn't packed out. The food was amazing. The service was extremely polite and welcoming, and the lady who looked after us was brilliant friendly polite and very professional, we are looking forward to our next visit

Visited for lunch Sunday about 2.30pm. Our waitress Victoria, gave first class service, cheerful and accommodating.
Our compliments to the chef for such delicious food.
Our group of 8 all agreed with the atmosphere, food and service was 10/10.
I definitely highly recommend this Prezzo in the Galleria.

A great choice of mother's day treat from my sons. Free glass of gin and tonic offered on arrival too! Service was excellent and the meals were delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive and the meals were delivered quickly and hot! Would definitely recommend a visit.

Neb the Manager very attentive as also lovely waitress. Food choice good. We had the antipasti board followed by king prawns with spaghetti and salmon and crab ravioli. The house wine excellent.
Very accessible location.
