Love this Greggs. Staff are always polite, store always clean and do a good job of keeping all the options stocked. When I've ordered online they even send the bottle that matches your name. Doesn't mean a lot but attention to detail and customer service is great.
Staff friendly. Bakes are great!
Toilets could do with a bit of a clean.

No clean surfaces. Went to use milk, but not sure now if its in date as in a jug and it's dirty and serving stand is dirty and the tables don't look like they have been wiped or the floor swept. Can you see on pictures they are not clean and it's not long opened. I came in around 9.30am
