We have visited the Flying Shuttle on a number of occasions. One of the better chains considering food quality and value for money. What makes this pub stand above the rest is friendliness of the staff and the great atmosphere.

Fantastic place to dine. Arrived after 7pm with no booking as travelling with work. Seated quickly and the service was fantastic. Had the rib eye steak cooked perfectly and cut like butter. This was an ad hoc booking for a meal as we had been travelling since 9am that morning.
The booking system was clear and easy to do and the table were given was just right.

The waitress was really nice, friendly and efficient. The food was lovely and there is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. It was my husbands birthday and the waitresses sang happy birthday to him when they brought out his cake. It was a really good experience

Busy but not too busy for customers. Staff really attentative, Great range of non alcoholic drinks - not just coke etc, great range of food to choose from, food was delivered in a timely manner, hot and tasty, dessert was soooooo good, nice atmosphere, will visit again.
Ate recently. Sharing board to start - very nice, but not enough bread for the generous amount of Humus. Chicken burgers were big, and the Sweet Potato and Chickpea curry was very tasty.
