So good going back, waitress was very content. 👌
They accept taste card but not with any other offers. Just mains. So saved some money always good.

We had a beautiful table, lovely service with a smile. We had our baby with us and the waitress was more than happy to entertain her whilst also taking our order. Drinks served swiftly and dinner was quick to arrive. Food excellent, ambiance cosy, staff attentive. Plates cleared promptly and deserts came with a smile.

On arrival we were greeted immediately by a very pleasant young man who showed us to our table. Within minutes a very friendly young lady took our drinks order. We were not rushed to order our food meaning we could enjoy our drinks prior to ordering. Our food was excellent. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Had a lovely birthday lunch with friends, the staff were very helpful & attentive. Our meals were all lovely & our waitress was very patient with us chatting rather than ordering. A very nice friendly relaxed atmosphere & good value for money, very pleased.

We have visited the Flying Shuttle on a number of occasions. One of the better chains considering food quality and value for money. What makes this pub stand above the rest is friendliness of the staff and the great atmosphere.
Very welcoming to families with children and also dog walkers with their pooches. Not to mention the outstanding views across fields.

Fantastic place to dine. Arrived after 7pm with no booking as travelling with work. Seated quickly and the service was fantastic. Had the rib eye steak cooked perfectly and cut like butter. Sarah our waitress was fantastic very helpful and always smiling. Will return as soon as I'm in the area again. Thank you

We were a party of 10 visiting for Christmas Dinner. The service, the food all brilliant could not have been better.
Rowan our waitress was fantastic, polite, funny, attentive, helpful and happy to engage in a little bit of banter.
All of staff were great and atmosphere was nice, relaxed, happy and genuinely good considering the staff are giving up their Christmas day for ours.

My burger was excellent. I would have given it five stars, but the pudding let it down. I had a cheesecake and it was okay, but it was just like one you would buy from a supermarket. it would’ve been more acceptable had it been say £3

This was an ad hoc booking for a meal as we had been travelling since 9am that morning.
The booking system was clear and easy to do and the table were given was just right.
The young man who served us was very polite and welcoming and the food was delicious.
Well done

The waitress was really nice, friendly and efficient. The food was lovely and there is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. It was my husbands birthday and the waitresses sang happy birthday to him when they brought out his cake. It was a really good experience

Ate recently. Sharing board to start - very nice, but not enough bread for the generous amount of Humus. Chicken burgers were big, and the Sweet Potato and Chickpea curry was very tasty.
Service was attentive and friendly despite being a bit short staffed.
There were three adults and 3 teenagers. Paid £110 for 2 courses and drinks, so very good value for money.

The staff were friendly, patient and professional. Despite being a busy evening we never felt we were waiting for anything.
Our attentive and festive waitress Carol was a model of hospitality. The food was good and well presented, the prices were reasonable and the restaurant and toilets were clean and well presented.

There were three of us that went for dinner last evening (20th). It took 40 mins to get the starters and 1 1/2 hours to get our mains!!! I literally had to go to the bar and ask for our food! They had completely forgotten us and when the food turned up it was cold and the chicken was dry, it was dreadful!
Do not waste your money eating here, we even had to ask for knives and forks.
At no time did anyone come over and apologise or keep us updated as to why our food had been delayed, it's all very shabby.
Also I would ask somebody from Sainsbury's to go in and reclaim one of their trollies that they are using to transport bottles of drink to the bar, just unbelievable. The management of this place has a lot to answer for.

Had a lovely meal here with hubby and 2 daughter’s 7 & 4. I had Sunday roast, which was really tasty, although could have done with an extra slice of beef. Mixed grill hubby had was a good size and cooked how he liked it. Nice selection for the kids menu and the desserts we had were totally scrumptious. The staff were helpful and it was great for the kids and there was a area for them to play with some toys in. Wasn’t overly expensive either. Pleasantly surprised as we had never been before but was recommended by a friend.

I came here with my mum, 2 kids & their dad. My mum ordered the avocado salad, the avocado that came out on her plate was black.. when we asked if that was the best avocado the chef had the reply was it’s fresh in today. The waitress did then bring out a perfect avocado slices in a bowl to replace it.. but you just wouldn’t send out a black avocado. My son had the carrot sticks which looked like they had been nibbled at the edges or cut with a saw plus they hadn’t been scraped. My daughters sweet corn was inedible, it was hard & tasted absolutely disgusting, we had to spit it out. Overall the only meal that was enjoyed was the whole chicken, which being their speciality they can’t really go wrong on. This was 11.30am & the place was pretty much empty so you would have thought they would have taken their time to bring it a nicely presented meal. Needless to say we won’t be coming back anytime soon & to top it all off it cost £72 for the disgusting pleasure.
