Went in today and now I remember why I stopped staff interaction with customers Nil coffee Luke warm but worse of all the place and toilet facilities are absolutely disgusting really needs a deep deep clean I don’t think I could buy food from here as major health issues concerns
Ita a shame as I like costa coffee..
But it's so dirty in there, it's not been decorated since it opened years ago..

Tasty, not always hot (more warm), entry doors should be automatic. The background noise in store can be Ear-piercing.
