I don't often visit here but everytime we have it's been great, staff are friendly and the food is perfect. Nicely decorated and always a relaxing enjoyable atmosphere.

Very quick, friendly and polite service. We felt well looked after. Food was nice too, no complaints from anyone. Always a positive is that we had a wheelchair with us and a 1 year old that needed a high chair. They made sure we had the space we needed and we're all comfortable. Only small issue was that they'd ran out of a lot of different options from the menu by the time we'd finished so quite a few people left without getting what they wanted. Although this didn't effect us, and we had a great time.

Just celebrated another birthday gathering here with a booking of 12! We are always made to feel so welcome & are never rushed! 4 hours today!!! The staff are always so friendly & the food is good. Keep up the good work team! X

Came with 3 toddlers and 2 adults. The staff we understanding about the kids being kids, food was good, as were all the staff. However the place was cold. They have air heaters on but at one point I put my coat on it was freezing in the bathroom aswell.sort the heating out and then would have been perfect

Our waitress Jodie was brilliant even though she hadn't been informed about everything which was out of order. She made our girls Christmas meal even better and deserved her tip, she did a brilliant job with us throwing spanners in the works. Hopefully she will be there again. The food was lovely and the drinks were just as good.

Tasty pizzas and burgers, with friendly and quick service. Every part of order was provided with high quality. Extra portion of chips was given in error yet they said we could keep them to save wasting good food, and they were tasty and most welcome.

Have eaten here a few times including for my kids birthdays. Restaurant is always clean and tidy. Staff are mostly very friendly and smiley. -1 star for occassional slow service, not checking on tables and getting orders wrong.

One of the better Frankie and Benny's, always clean and tidy, cheerfull staff and if there are any problems they are quick to replace or correct your order. The food is great, somehow managing to be much better here than any of the other Frankie and Benny's. Drinks are expensive but the food is cheap.

There are a good selection of choices on the breakfast menu. Jess who served us provided good service, nothing was too much trouble and she always had a welcoming smile on her face. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back again 🙂
