I was at the nightsafe on sat night with friends and this little restaurant is excellent the steak I had was one of the best I had ever eaten, there was a great selection on the menu and good choice of drinks also everyone at my table commented on how good the food was and how friendly and helpful the staff were, I would highly recommend this little restaurant �
This place has such a lovely atmosphere ... decor is so homely but most of all the food is fab really amazing ... the service was also great very attentive ... would highly recommend and great selection on menu
Lunched here based on Trip Advisor recommendations. Was a super soup and sandwich lunch. Has to be within my top 5 sandwiches ever!!!

Top level scran! I have high standards but this place is really top notch! Great seasonal menu and not many faults I could find. Lovely service too. The wine list isn't extensive but plenty on there and not extortionate either. The booking system is esoteric - there isn't one, so you have to try and catch them while they're there or be in the know I guess! Hope it's here next time I'm in Hawick!
I visited with my partner and my two oldest friends. Thanks to Cameron who generously allowed us to move our booking as one of us was delayed by an accident en route. We were greeted warmly and attended to carefully by Cameron and Grace. The drinks menu was extensive and well-curated and the food menu equally deliberately crafted. We were very impressed. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay in Hawick and I hope to be back soon!

Dined at The Night Safe last night and what an experience.
A friendly and warm welcome, fantastic service, stunning food and even better cocktails, we had 3 each.
From the beginning to end we were treated like Kings and Queens. We cannot recommend this place more a true gem in the heart of the borders.

My wife and I ate at this exceptional restaurant Sunday 4th July, and we were both blown away with the experience. Front of house was Cameron, a very polite, Conscientious on the money individual who new the Menu very well, explained and advised us on dishes, and from the Bar, he made fabulous cocktails. As an vegetarian diner, I hadn’t been excited when eating out, until the dishes here were placed in front of me. Visually extremely pleasing, and didn’t disappoint to taste. Beautifully presented, and dazzling on the taste buds, from the starter, through to the dessert. We can’t wait to go back, and work our way through the menu. By the way, the steaks are equally exceptional. 10 out of 10 any day of the week.
Completely redesigned and very spacious, beautiful decor, great staff, food was amazing but huge portions. Don't eat all day before coming here! I would highly recommend the burgers, best I've ever had.
