Genuinely the BEST ice cream. The selection of flavours are incredible and they are absolutely huge. The girls serving were the sweetest, kindest girls when we came up in May and we ended up chatting for ages. They were so genuine and lovely. Everything about this place is just perfect. It’s by far our favourite ice cream shop we’ve ever been to. (And we love our ice cream) Well done TLICS, our expectations are high and we think you are the best we’ve ever had xx

Looking for ice cream in the Lake District or in Ambleside do come here. You will see a small queue most of the time since they do a better job. The servings are most generous and for us two scoops in a cup took almost half an hour to finish. Really like their customized waffle cones and sprinkles. And the taste is fabulous 🤩

Probably one of the best ice-creams I’ve had in the U.K.! The vegan Choc & Raspberry sorbet and Carrot Cake are two yummy flavours !! 😋 If you’re an ice-cream lover, the generous scoops will not disappoint you!!

The BEST ice cream in the lake district beyond a doubt! We come to Hawkshead often and always visit The Little Ice Cream Shop- highlight of the holiday for sure 😋 amazing flavours which are always changing (plus doggy ice cream!) beautiful shop and seating, plus friendly staff. A must visit!
