Fatos and Kevin are an awesome team. They are very attentive and go out of their way to make you feel at home. My daughter loves hanging out in the tea room, with her hot chocolate with cream..... just chilling on her ipad.
Fatos candles are amazing, recommend the Frankincense and Rose candle and Frankincense & Myrrh candle melts. The fragrances are out of this fab!!!! Also happy to refill your candle containers.....
The shop is amazing and I never leave empty handed.
Keep up it up Fatos and Kevin! See you soon

Wonderful home made cakes and coffee - tables are in a lovely room at the back. It is now also an eco shop and refill place. So far I have bought shampoo, conditioner and soap - all great quality at a reasonable price and better for the environment. Also has dried goods and you can make your own peanut butter!

A "bazaar" with lovely organic products and service, plus a quiet tea room at the back. And it's the most ecologically friendly shop, the first "bring your recipients to fill-in" in the area. They also have a good selection of fresh, artisan sourdough bread loafs at a fair price.

I always end up buying such interesting things here. The owners are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. As well as the refill shop, there's a lovely tea room at the rear with great quality fresh food. Highly recommend a visit.

What a lovely shop! So many zero waste and plastic free options. They made us a smoothie with what ever fruit we wanted. Such friendly people! A cosy cafe sitting area in the back. The only waste free shop for miles! Would recommend!

Quirky, independent café, run by lovely and kind staff. Great selection of teas, coffees and cakes as well as breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings.
Lots of little items to look at and discover, varied craft items for sale as well. More seating pass the counter, toilets are clean, a joy to visit.

My wife and I had a delightful lunch here. The coffee and food are made with real passion. The food just tasted great. The staff are ever so friendly and happy to give you a tour of the back room. Wow! Its such a creative place. They do pottery at the back and they cater for families and those with young kids. We had a very enjoyable lunchbreak and such a warm atmosphere. Look forward to trying more of the menu. 😄

A friendly and very cosy tea room in Hayes high street. The owners are always smiley and charming. The food is freshly made (they offer a wide variety of cakes and sandwiches) and the hot drinks delicious. We really like the non-matching crockery and comfy chairs.

I noticed this new local tea room almost 4 months ago and recently took the time to go in and have a look. I was first amazed by the welcoming feel of the decor before taking a seat in uniquely designed chair like many other tea rooms.
Ordered a drink and service was swift, prices were reasonable and was overall impressed with this little local cafe. However it lost out on one star due to the drinks not being as unique.
