Can not remember the last time I ate at a pizza hut restaurant or even ordered takeaway.
On this occasion we were doing some shopping around with the kids and decided to dine here rather than McDonald's.
The place was not busy at all around 5pm on Saturday. The waiting staff pointed us to the table and register our number plate, as there is aax of 2 hours restriction on car park.
One we got to the table, we were informed to order we need to use the QR code and order and pay online.
Experience was ok, the only issue was that I had few questions but no one can be seen to ask questions. Felt like automated process. Order online and food will arrive.
The ordering process went smoothly without issues.
After the order was submitted, we got our salad bowls promptly followed by drinks and starters and later the pizzas.
The cheese garlic bread we put on top of each other meant all were stuck to each other. Not such a great experience here.
The timing between the 2 pizzas was bit long. Bit wasn't an issue.
The pizzas were good and the kids loved the food.
The disappointment was the dessert. We opted for brownie and ice-cream. Unfortunately they were that so great, the ice-cream did not taste of anything and brownie was overcooked.
Next time shouldnopt for the ice cream machine. Seemed other kids enjoyed it.
Overall good experience and would visit again.
Nice atmosphere, fast and helpful service. Delicious ice-cream but no Smarties. Good salad bar refilled regularly. Ordering via the app rather easy. Clean, not too loud, parking available. Not the cheapest dining.
Decent choice of selection from the buffet. It can be improved with more varieties.
There was a couple of minutiae waiting time. We are not happy how it is started including how staff not supported us. But there was a one amazing girl she brightened our experience like an angle. I wanted to give her all these starts and make her a star. She was phenomenal.She was calm, happy and energetic. And her name is SHY or Shaya. We will visit again. Food was good
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I order too many drinks on the app , the manager was very helpful and refunded online by the next day.
The pizza was really good. Salad bar fully stocked.
The food was good as always. The system of ordering by phone makes service a bit slow but other than that, it is generally managed quite well. They have still kept their Free salad bar with all mains which is really impressive especially after COVID. One pizza dish I would recommend to everyone is the flatbread as it has a multitude of flavours; a bit spicy, a bit tangy and fully Awesome.

Pizza was nice but service is strange 🤔 horrible Actually!
They force you to use the scan app, you can't have half and half pizza, the person taking our order didn't want to give us what we wanted.
The older chap should be dressed abit better rather looking like a tramp. This front image is very important to the public when being approached by customer's. Atmosphere was dul not a wow factor. But the Pizza was nice 👍.
We came here to celebrate my girlfriend birthday as we were said no by a member of staff because we didn't booked in advance even though there were possibility to accommodate.But when we approach Manager Roma she did accommodate for us as we have to disabled and a birthday girl with us as we all came there from far she didn't let our day spoiled. We really appreciate her effort even though she was crazy busy rest floor staff was not that helpful to her or the customers. But she still manage to do extra mile looking after everything she can. These 5 star for this young lady thank you so much for making our day enjoyable with happiness.
Friendly, smiley and fast service. With covid the salad bar is now open however you place your order in the app. The app is relatively easy to use. Food was hot and well presented. Wasnt that busy at all for a Friday night (8pm ish). Lots of free parking. Clean area.
