Being KFC obviously people go there for the chicken most of the time especially to taste the Colonels secret recipe. I have visited this branch numerous times and always leave happy. It’s divided in 2, one half is where you order, take away and wait for your food. The other half is the seating area and where the toilets are, both are connected and both sections have individual front doors also.
The staff here are lovely, polite and very efficient, food always arrives fresh and hot and tasty! The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible including the toilets. It’s also very child friendly as they have high chairs and colouring kits to keep the youngsters happy.

Good food. I bought might bucket with Pepsi max. I asked to change my piece into breast piece they didn’t say no like other kfc stores and their food is fresh as well

First time KFC phone order for my family. APP is really good especially at this COVID lockdown time. I eat in KFC a lot and have tried in this restaurant few times as I live nearby in Hayes. Its very easy to choose items in the APP, I am used to their menu also I have worked for KFC in the past.
I have selected the food in APP and ordered from my car with Apple Pay, love the digital era. We have done some food groceries shopping and the food was ready packed when I entered the KFC, 10 seconds showed app collected food, boom I’m out. Fastest ever, nice staff customer friendly restaurant.
Food was good, also got a offer online. We got 2 mini fillet burgers for £1.99, bit weird the zinger burger my wife favourite they put BBQ sauce on top it’s usually just a Mayo and she hate it, a spoil spot. My daughter enjoyed her kids popcorn meal as usual. I highly recommend to use their APP instead of spending time inside the restaurant, stay safe.
